Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from Rideitmoto® store:

1- Register with Rideitmoto® store for free.

2- Log in your Rideitmoto® store account.


3- Search or browse products, And if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.

4- The first checkout page is "address book",you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.

5- If you choose paypal,You can click paypal link to pay for your order directly;If you do not want to pay it now,You can click"Place An Order"to make an order first and pay it later.You will receive an email confirming your order information. And We stongly recommend you to use the PayPal.

We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send out your order,We will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

3. After Payment,How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

 During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information,and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

You also can log in your Rideitmoto® store account to check status of all of your orders.



4. Some tips buyer should pay attention to.

When you sign up for a Rideitmoto® store account you are indicating that you agree to the policies and terms we've published in our online Knowledgebase.

- As such, you (or the consignee) are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes. - Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO box.So please offer us an street address.

- You need a valid phone number in your account. Dropshippers - please provide your customer's phone number for the courier to use.

- Customers need to return faulty items to us Sometimes the returning shipping cost is refundable if we find a mistake was made by us. The cost of shipping replacement products is covered by Rideitmoto® store.

5. Could i return the goods?

Yes, But you should mail us all the proofs which will show the problems of the products you got from us. As the replacement , dear you have to retrurn the goods that you have received firstly ! And you have to pay for the extra shipping fee for the placement .We will arrange the repalcement only after we have received the goods and the extra shipping fee .
If You can not return the goods, we won't offer u the replacement and ,we will not refund all the money.


6. How to refund a product?

Several conditions must be met before Rideitmoto® store will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. You should also contact with us by the MSN or the Gmail , one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by Rideitmoto® store. This means that damaged items not caused by Rideitmoto® store cannot warrant a full refund. If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund. We also remind you to check your order before you pay . especially the model, color ,and type . We will not give a full refund for your wrong order
